  • Intellectual Property of the Firm includes the Logo, Tagline, Proposed trade-secrets, Design, Patent, Copyrighted works, technical know-how, source code of the firm, contents made literary and artistic works, also extends to the contents made available by the Firm to the user. The firm shall reserve the right to take any legal action for the protection of its Intellectual Property.
